Sullivans Trace  Homeowners Associations is located in Charlotte, NC. We are a proud community of 87 homes, and 90 Town Homes. These properties were built by  Beazer  Homes

Dear neighbors and friends. Sullivans Trace Board of Directors are very happy to announce and launch our Community Web Site. To include a full Community Bulletin Message Board were our neighboors can post topics of interest to collaborate on Community Activities such as Community Safety, Crime Watch, Street Light Project, and On Going Projects Information. Within this Bulletin Board you will be able to post ads like, Garage Sales, Items for Sale. Also if you have a craft and you would like to advertise it! This is the perfect opportunity to tell your neighbor and friends how good you are! To keep our community inform and abreast of up coming lates events. A Community Calendar has been added to the Web Site. Were you can post your activities to the calendar to include Garage Sales, Bake Sales, or any event of interest you want your community to participate in. Please make sure you "REGISTER" to the Community Bulletin Board FIRST! You will NOT going to be able to take advantage of it unless you "REGISTER" to the Bulletin Board. Also, when you register use a good and valid email address were the Sullivan's Trace Board of Directors can reach you. In the event we need to send blast emails about important community information, emergency alerts and project updates meetings, etc. Here is the link for the board.
