Turkey Taco (contributed by Jamie) - 1 portion fresh ground turkey breast - Onions - Taco seasoning - Whole wheat or low fat/fat free flour tortillas - Lettuce - Tomatoes - 2 tbsp. fat free sour cream Directions: Brown turkey with onions. Add seasoning and let simmer a few minutes. Spoon about 4 oz. onto tortilla, top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Enjoy with 2 cups of water. SERVING SIZE: 1 |
