Chicken Taco with Salsa (contributed by K. Sligar)

- 8 or 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 1 portion of chicken (4 oz.)
- 1 oz of avocado (optional)
- 2 tbsp. fat free sour cream (optional)
- Salsa

Directions: Dice up cooked chicken and throw on optional ingredients and your favorite salsa. Enjoy!

SERVING SIZE:
1 (and less than 300 calories)
