White Chicken Chili (from Champion Kimberly Cantergiani)

- 2 c. cubed chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
- 1 14 ½ oz. can of corn
- 1 14 ½ oz. can kidney beans
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes

Directions: Mix all ingredients together in saucepan over medium heat. Season to taste with garlic, onion and black pepper or for a spicier flavor, salsa or pico de gallo.
