Breakfast Burrito To-Go - 1 whole wheat tortilla - 2 egg whites - 1/2 portion lean ground beef - 1 tbsp. salsa - Onions and a sprinkle of pepper for seasoning (optional) - Zip-Lock bag and aluminum foil Directions: Sprinkle onions over beef and cook until beef is browned. Place beef in zip-lock bag and set aside. Scramble egg whites until dry and sprinkle pepper for seasoning. Add eggs to beef in bag. Add a tbsp. of salsa, seal bag, and shake to mix ingredients. Wrap tortilla in aluminum foil and your breakfast to-go is ready for the workplace microwave the next day. SERVING SIZE: 1 |
