Fitness Goals
At the end of the 12 weeks, I wanted to be a brand new person, both mentally and physically! It is my goal to transform my body, eating habits, lifestyle, and mind through this program. I have a spoon-shaped body type (fat is stored mainly on lower body) and therefore a majority of my objectives concentrate on shaping up my lower body. More importantly, I want ed to overcome the old habit of treating my stress with unhealthy comfort foods.

My physical fitness goals are as follows:
Get LEAN and TONED!
Tone and firm legs, abs, calves and arms
Gain muscle
Lose fat
Widdle away inches from my hips, thighs, buttocks, and calves.
Develop lean, strong legs!
Gain upper body strength
Increase stamina

My mental fitness goals are as follows:
Put my health first no matter WHAT comes up (stress, change, etc.)
Defeat cravings and addiction to junk food
Overcome the mental stumbling blocks that would prevent my realizing my physical goals
Develop a strong, healthy, and positive view of myself inside and out
Train myself to make healthy, good choices for me and my family
Fully believe in my physical potential
