Tales of Revenge!

A few years ago, the guy - let's call him Max - who designed the ad pages for The Sports Authority was fired. I do not know the reason he was fired, but I do know that Max did not feel the action was justified. So, what's a wrongfully terminated guy to do? Max sneaked into the page designing room, or whatever it's called, and tweaked that week's ad just bit. The ad was sent out the next day, and although most newspapers caught his little editorial comment before they ran it, my local Charlotte Observer did not. Therefore, the following ad was proudly displayed on breakfast tables all over the Carolinas and beyond:
